The Bushnell Pro Program is intended for full-time, year-round individuals employed in the outdoor industry or who use our products in a professional capacity. Approval for the program remains at our discretion.

Guides & Outfitters
For professional guides who actively provide guided outdoor experiences or services.
Documentation is required for verification, e.g. license, liability insurance, website, offer of employment letter, etc.
Outdoor Industry Employees
Full-time employees working within the outdoor industry.
A current paystub is required for employment verification. A company issued email address is required.
Authorized Retailer Employee
Full-time employees working for a Bushnell authorized retailer. Seasonal employees are granted access on a case-by-case basis.
A current paystub is required for employment verification.
Law Enforcement & Active Duty Military
For active-duty military, veterans, and active law enforcement professionals. Eligible members must provide valid documentation verifying their current or former service.
Documentation is required for verification, such as a valid agency-issued ID, military ID, department or military credentials, proof of active service, DD-214 showing honorable discharge, or other official documentation confirming eligibility.
Government Agency
Full-time employees working for a state or federal outdoor government agency.
A government issued email address is required. Tax certification required for tax exemption

What are the Pro Program benefits?
- Access to discounted pricing on the entire Bushnell product line
- Periodic promotions offered only to Pro Program Members
- All shipping options available including expedited methods
- Fast order processing. Ground orders process in 2 business days while expedited orders placed before 12pm MST (Mon – Fri) are processed same day

Do you accept pro returns?
Yes, we do accept returns for products ordered through your Pro account. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. No exchanges. Pro returns are not eligible for free return shipping.

Can I use my pro account for friends and family?
Your Bushnell Pro account is for your personal and professional use only – purchases for friends or family are strictly prohibited. Purchases made for others will result in your removal from the program.
When does my account expire?
Pro accounts expire after 12 months. Please sign in to reverify your account
Where do pro orders ship to?
- We currently ship to the lower 48, Alaska and Hawaii. International Shipping is unfortunately unavailable at this time.
- Pro pricing does not include free shipping unless otherwise noted.

We take our Pro Program seriously and ask you follow our simple standard of conduct. Failure to comply with the following guidelines could result in immediate termination of your Pro account.
Rules Of The Road
- Your Bushnell Pro pricing is only valid at Bushnell.com.
- Bushnell Pro Program pricing is confidential. Do not share your pricing with anyone.
- Resale of items purchased through your Pro account is unacceptable. If you encounter someone selling gear purchased through the Pro Program, please notify Bushnell Customer Service immediately.
- Sorry, no backorders. Orders will ship based on current availability.
- Please support your local Bushnell retailer by referring business to the retailer whenever possible.
- Returns must be processed directly through Bushnell. Do not attempt to return products at retailers, they will not be accepted.
- Please represent the Bushnell brand with the utmost professionalism by adhering to all regulations set forth by your state's governing body regulating hunting, guiding, and outfitting.
- Be respectful of all Bushnell employees in your customer service interactions.
- Subscription to Bushnell Pro emails is a requirement of membership.
