The Bushnell T-1 Aimpoint™style low-rise mount is perfect for using the TRS-26 in a lower mounted configuration such as on a drop-comb stock such as a rifle or shotgun, or even handguns with mounting rails. On the TRS-26 it lowers the optical center height from 1.53 inches down to 1.07 inches. It also works for anybody looking to mount a T-1 compatible optic lower.
This low T-1 mount measures only 4.4mm tall from rail top to mount cradle, is made of 6061-T6 aluminum, is black anodized, and comes with a steel clamp-bar and 4 T15 screws to secure it to your optic, and since it has a single crossbolt it works on both Weaver and Picatinny style rails.

A ""real"" T1 mount

"You may have tried some of the imported T1 mounts only to have found that the designation T1 applied by some importers was actually a 38mm x 10 mount. This is a 35mm x 10 mount. Fit the sig romeo MSR. Sig sticks a ""do not remove "" sticker on their red dot body and appears to fill it with epoxy. On mine this protruded by 1mm. Still seemed to fit fine but in an abundence of precaution i drilled out a counter depression in my mount on my drill press. Sig does, I note, have an actual hole in their mount at this position. The bushnell machined beautifully. Other things to note: the countersinks in the mount are for fillister,pan, socket head screws not flat (which of course loks like an inverted 90 degree triangle ). The sig supplied screws fit perfectly. The recoil lug on the mount fit pefectly. As with many picatinny clamp screws after initial tightening there was some elongation (15 in-lb) and loosening. Waited 24 hours and retorqued. Tight as a rock now. Do not bother to look at the $12-25 T1s on the market. Spring for this first."
