Ok product terrible warranty and customer service

"I have 4 pair of BUSHNELL binoculars a scope and a trail camera so I have experience with the company. All ok until I purchased the fusion range finders. First pair was defective and they send a replacement. The replacement was defective and they refuse to replace. VERY difficult to even reach a live person in customer service. AVOID this company that was once good but no longer. I have a VERY great pair of Vortex fury HD5000."

Avoid these rangefinder binoculars

"I have 4 pair of BUSHNELL binoculars a scope and trail camera so I know the company. But AVOID these fusion rangefinders. I had two pair and both defective. One was a replacement for the first pair that was defective and then they refused to replace the second pair that was defective the day they shipped them to me. Almost impossible to get a live person in customer service. I am now super pleased with my Vortex fury hd5000"

Outstanding Product!

"I acquired these directly from Bushnell through warranty service on another product that was no longer made but of equivalent value- that transaction was quick, accommodating, and positive. These range finding binos are very well made, and crystal clear to my eyes. I detect no tints, fuzziness, or chromatic outlines. They have as many features as you would ever require for any normal application, and they add a great deal to any hunt. The archery mode is VERY handy for airgunners especially at the longer ranges on small targets at angles with the angle compensation, they are a huge advantage. It's fun to bring them just on walks to challenge your range estimation skills as well. I also highly recommend the Vault Modular Optics Protection System Binocular Pack to hold these in- they are a MUST."

Great Laser Rangefinder, but needs work.

"Bushnell did a really nice job with the design and comfort for use of this equipment. The optics is clear, the ranging ability is better than most and the display is probably the easiest I've ever read. However, the ballistics table is crap. With the easy use of todays technology and programing I for the life of me can not understand WHY they didn't allow for at least 2 or 3 user generated custom ballistic tables. I'm hoping that some time in the near future they will do that for this glass and tell us how to access the USB port (I'm assuming it has one hidden behind some secret door, most digital glass does) and we the user will be able to update the firmware. It would make this Laser Rangefinder perfect as for now it's at best a 5 out of 10 since not a single dang table comes even close to anything I shoot. Bushnell really dropped the ball on that feature. No need for Bluetooth or WiFi, just a few user programable ballistic tables."

"My second pair best binoculars and rangefinders ever won't be without them"

Eddie J. (5/5)

Love em

"Got these to use for hunting, was using a straight bino and then a ranger finder, now all in one. In my opinion, images are very clear, and in comparing to with other rangerfinders, very accurate. Used on Prairie Dogs, Mule deet and Antelope so far. Easy to use, have not used all the features yet, nor in low light but I like them and several of my friends who looked thru them were impressed."

Great rangefinder but illumination is very bad. Good for right-handed activation only.

"The marketing material leads you to think these are going to have a bright red reticle in low light conditions. It is VERY dim. After verifying proper settings and changing out the battery to an Energizer, it still was very dim. I drove an hour to Cabela's and confirmed theirs was also dim as well on max brightness setting. The red illuminated reticle is almost nonexistent. I called Bushnell and the friendly, helpful rep recommended a new battery first. That didn't fix it, so I sent it to Bushnell (They sent me a prepaid label) and they tested it. Several weeks later, they sent it back saying everything checks out good. It is not all good. If you really need an illuminated reticle, this isn't the product for you. On the other hand, if all you need is a daytime reticle, it works great. As another reviewer mentioned, the reticle sits at an angle pretty far off from horizontal. Why they made it this way is beyond me. Another thing to consider is that this can only be activated with the button on the right side of the binoculars. While hunting in the woods, I like to hold my firearm in my right hand all ready to go. I like to be able to range with my left hand and quickly get on my rifle to take the shot. I can't do that with these because the button is on the right side. . . Just won't work. These are only good for two handed or single right-handed operation. As far a quality goes, they feel weighty and solid. When I scan, they return accurate ranges VERY quickly! I tested it side by side with my Leupold RX-2800 TBR/W and they were within inches of each other. The inclinometers measured about the same angles. The Leupold is known for being lightning fast and I can attest that the Bushnell Binoculars are just as fast! I only tested up to 500 yards against all sorts of surfaces. All worked very well. The binoculars are plenty clear for me. When adjusted properly, they pass through a decent image. Plenty bright at first and last light. But again the reticle is dimmer than I'd like. Still viewable though. If you don't wear glasses, you need to screw out the eye cups. The eye cups will push back in fairly easily throwing off the focus a tad, so be aware of this. If you put them in and out of a bag or chest rig, you might find yourself accidently bumping them down. I always check mine and screw them back out. Frankly, if I figure out a way to keep them locked in the out position, I will do that. These are great for the price, but I'm knocking off a star for dim illumination. I struggled Knocking off another star for what is truly deceptive marketing only because the phone rep was pretty cool and tried to help out. But in the end, It cost me a lot of time trying to figure out if mine were defective. If they just said it was dim, I wouldn't have gone through all this and would have accepted them as they are. I plan on keeping mine, but if an updated version comes out with ambidextrous buttons and a true illuminated reticle that is more level with the horizon, Bushnell will have hit a home run and I'll buy those and sell these. Currently, For the money, these cannot be beat."
