Professional company? Warranty??
"Not worth half the price, I bought an Elite telescope 10 years ago, the top-of-the-line model, the best available. All Elite telescopes are made in Japan, and mine had a problem with its waterproofing. After waiting for over a year, they offered a replacement with their medium line telescope, made in China, which is actually worth less than what I paid 10 years ago. They refuse to give me the equivalent of today's Elite telescope, made in Japan for made in japan. I recommend a real, professional company made in the USA that treats its customers well . My family has been a customer of their products for over 50 years. It's over. Paying for this series is a rip-off; you're playing with fire. bushnell and their warranty politic are a fraud."
