Q: Why is my return taking so long to process?
A: Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are working at a smaller capacity and returns are taking longer to process as a result. We do apologize for the delay and can expect the return and refund to be processed within 4-6 weeks.
Q: Can I return a Clearance item?
A:We do not accept returns of clearance items. All sales on clearance items are final and are not able to be returned or refunded.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes we do. We offer a fixed-rate 2-Day Expedited as well as Overnight shipping options that you can select at checkout. 99% of orders ship by the next business day. Orders placed with expedited 2-Day or Overnight shipping are prioritized.. Please note: We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Q: Can I ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Boxes. Please use a physical address to ship to.
