Overland Park, KS — Outdoor Life magazine has selected the Elite 4200 6-24x40 riflescope from Bushnell as the 2007 Editor’s Choice Award in the riflescope category.  The magazine recognizes the best and most innovative products in a variety of product categories.  The Editor’s Choice award was announced in the June/July issue of the magazine.
           
The Elite 4200 6-24x40 has been a popular choice for target shooters and varmint hunters. The addition this year of a side parallax adjustment was described by the OL editors as “an impressive act of reengineering.” By moving the parallex adjustment to the side, the scope is significantly shorter and lighter.

For convenience and accuracy, the ranges are indicated on the adjustment knob. This new Elite riflescope also features a Mil-Dot reticle for range estimating and determining “hold over” on long shots. The reticle is calibrated so that at 12x magnification, each dot will be 3.6 inches apart (or one mil) at 100 yards.
