Repair Handler I #91-13

Summary:
The Repair Handler maintains, organizes and processes product from inventory made up of returned merchandise from customers that requires replacement of its packaging and will assist in processing of Consumer repair labs.

Description:
Opens incoming repair packages form Consumers so they can be processed
Opens and processes returned merchandise from Customers
Repacks product returned from customers
Sends repacked product to the Olathe distribution center to be placed into new inventory
Keys in repair labs and customer returns
Handles other products or assists with other projects as required

Location:
Overland Park, Kansas

Qualifications:
Education:  high school diploma or equivalent
Years of Related Experience:  1 – 2 years warehouse or service center experience
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:  basic communications; problem solving, decision making and PC skills (Microsoft Office, AS400, BOSS)
